The owners of this stunning estate looked to White Construction to save their home. Water infiltration had compromised much of the structure.
Our work began with the construction of a 32-foot deep relief drain uphill from the structure. We removed portions of the home’s foundation and placed sub-surface French drains along its length.
The family's home is now as structurally sound as it is beautiful.
We replaced the entire exterior façade and numerous studs. The pool required significant renovation. The surrounding steel deck and structural steel components were completely reworked. Pool tile and surrounding stone deck and balusters were replaced and the pool shell structure was reinforced. The exterior façade combines cast stone and plaster with soffits of exposed stained wood. Interior features include disappearing stairways; hidden walls; a gaming and media room with seven large- screen televisions, pool tables, air hockey, and pinball; a large theater; and a 250-gallon aquarium set into millwork above an operable fireplace.
