safety

safety is Our
Number one priority.

We actively manage hazard awareness and avoidance on our jobsites to prevent accidents.

Procedures: The first step in preventing accidents is to develop a comprehensive project-specific safety plan addressing human factors related to complacency and ignorance, physical hazards inherent to construction in general, and known project-specific hazards.

Education: All White Construction supervisors must complete the OSHA 30-Hour Construction Outreach training course. All onsite workers receive safety orientation as well as weekly safety training focused on current and upcoming hazards.

Motivation: Jobsite supervisors make frequent jobsite safety assessments that provide feedback to employees. Rewards are given for exceptional performance. Corrective feedback is given when violations occur. When workers understand the rules yet are unwilling to comply with them, they will be removed from the project.
