White Construction has successfully worked on this site at various times over the past nine years, completing five existing buildings.
We recently completed construction of the Main House, including Parent’s Casita, pool house, pool, landscaping and central plant.
The sprawling compound has evolved over the duration of our involvement.
DETAILS
A key component of the project was tying in many of the previously built structures onto the central plant chilled water system to address heating and cooling of these structures. The most recent work included over 23,000 square-feet of new conditioned space, in addition to verandas, porches, spa and pool. White Construction also completed a substantial civil component of chilled water loop, grading and landscaping.
