This project was rescued early in its life from an underperforming contractor. The home’s owner, eager to maintain the projected budget and timeline, asked White Construction Company (White Construction) to take over during Phase I of construction. White Construction rebid the project, retaining existing sub-contractors when it was practical, quickly resolved issues with Phase I, and completed Phases II and III on schedule with budget savings returned to the owner at the end of the project.
